THE REGULARITIES OF FORMING THE NEW QUALITY OF ECONOMIC GROWTH AND THEIR PECULIARITIES IN RUSSIA
The article studies the problems of forming the new quality of economic growth. The author reveals its
notion, content, the regularities and peculiarities of their manifestation in modern Russian economy. It is
suggested to use the development of human capital as a unified criterion of the new quality of economic
growth, as it has complex influence on the effectiveness of all factors of economic growth.
