Management in the post-Covid era
Abstract. The article discusses changes in the field of management observed during the current period of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic and predicted for the future in the post-covid period. It is shown that the post-Covid time is not a time interval characterized by the processes of returning to the docovid practices of entrepreneurship and management. Post-Covid time is a fundamentally different and irreversible event-time continuum according to the vector of flow.

♦ the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on changes in management is considered and it is concluded that the pandemic was not the cause, but the trigger of changes;
♦ new trends in management development and its features characteristic of the kidney-shaped era are analyzed;
♦ the conclusion is made about the rapid actualization of the problems of enriching labor with managerial content and the development of mechanisms to ensure this.
