Risk analysis of digital transformation of the statistical database of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation
Abstract. Digital technologies today are already an objective reality, engrained into all spheres of life. This article raises the problem of analyzing the risks of digital transformation of the statistical database of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation due to the lack of reliable and objective information. The research is aimed at identifying risks, analyzing them, as well as giving recommendations for improving the safety of forming a statistical database of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation in a new digital format. As a result of the research, through the use of general scientific and private methods of cognition, a system of risks, which the process of digital transformation of the statistical database of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation is exposed, was formed and assessed. A list of recommendations was proposed for improving the safety of forming this kind of database. The advantage of the constructed system of risks is the identification of general and specific risks that are distinctive for supplying sphere, the sphere of agriculture and the sphere of processing agricultural products and its implementation of the agro-industrial complex in separately. The author concludes that it is necessary to strengthen actions to prevent negative consequences inherent for all spheres of the agro-industrial complex as a whole and for the supporting sphere especially.

♦ based on the research results, the author compiled a list of general and specific risks of digital transformation of the statistical database of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation;
♦ a detailed analysis of the probability of occurrence of risks and the level of their negative consequences showed the need to carry out work to prevent negative effects that inherent for all spheres of the agro-industrial complex as a whole and in the supporting sphere separately;
♦ a list of recommendations has been made for leveling the risks of digital transformation of the statistical database of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, specific actions should be taken in case of predicting the onset of relevant threats.
