At present the problem of reforming national crime statistics is of current importance. It is necessary to
solve two main problems for this: improving the present procedure of registrating crimes and comparing
statistical information in a certain time and spatial aspect. All this will give the opportunities to use
statistical methods for getting complex crime evaluation.
