THE CONTENT OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN GOODS DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS

The paper examines the essence of goods and service distribution channels, the economic role of channels
in the process of creating its value for consumers. The author describes the main business processes
connected with finding the solutions of marketing, logistic, commercial and service problems,
shows their similarity and differences in marketing and logistics. The development of different distribution
channels in Russian market is evaluated.
