INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN RUSSIA: DEVELOPMENT ANALYSIS
This paper considers the main tendencies of information and communication technologies development
in Russia in general and in developed countries. They are analyzed in different kinds of economic
activities. Both macro and mezzo approaches are used in the research, this make it possible to
find the “points of growth” and the weak points that need government support when planning the
economy policy.
