CONSUMER MARKET OF OMSK REGION: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT

General characteristics and social economic position of the region are submitted in the article. The
analysis of basic economic indicators as a factor influencing the formation of consumer market is considered.
The paper gives characteristics of Omsk consumer market - the largest city in region. A number of
problems existing in the regional market is revealed. The complex of organizational, legal and economic
activities is suggested, its realization contributes to consumer market development.
