STRUCTURAL TRANSFORMATIONS IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Theoretical approaches to strategic management of human resources are considered, taking into account the need to improve the system of public management of human resources of socio-economic systems under the influence of external and internal environment. The place and role of structural transformations in strategic management with their allocation as the dominant element in strategic management are determined.
