LABOR NORMALIZATION AS A FACTOR OF INCREASING LABOR PRODUCTIVITY
The issues of regulating labor in the enterprise are considered. Attention is paid to the analysis of the quality of labor input standards: the causes of the low quality of labor stand-ards in enterprises are examined. The calculation of quality indicators of labor standards at a Samara enterprise is presented as an example. The authors have developed: a system for moni-toring the quality of labor standards for certain types of work performed by specialists in labor valuation; algorithm for assessing the quality of norms; control mechanism of labor regulation at the enterprise.
