DEVELOPMENT OF RETAIL OF HIGH-TECH CONSUMER GOODS AND FORWARD SALES
Retail, being one of the largest sectors of the non-commodity economic sector, has a significant impact on general economic processes. In this industry, an approach is actively implemented that involves the parallel use of physical and digital channels, as well as modern sales techniques. In this regard, the purpose of the study is to analyze the development of the industry in terms of digitalization, the development of the algorithmic model of forward sales. The methodological basis of the study is the works of domestic and foreign scientists. The study is based on general scientific and special methods, including observation, generalization, synthesis, analysis, graphical and tabular representations. As a result, it has been established that modern world and domestic retail, according to generalized indicators, demonstrates a steady rise. In the segment of e-commerce, there has been a rapid growth in sales, including in the sector of high-tech products. One of the advanced tools of retail high-tech products is forward sales. In the course of the research, the algorithmic model of sales in the forward consumer market was developed, which allows formalizing the sales process and structuring the organizational work of retail. Practical implementation of this model implies procedural cyclicality - sales of goods from the current product line should be accompanied by continuous monitoring of consumer preferences and needs, the development and preparation for the release of a new product. The scientific novelty of research materials is the development of a functional model of forward sales, which can be used in the theory and practice of retail. In further studies it is supposed to study the issues of activities in the forward market and forward sales.
