EFFECTIVENESS OF THE PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM IN HIGH-TECH COMPANIES

The development of high-tech companies and improving the effectiveness of the innovation management process in innovation-oriented companies is an urgent topic of the current stage of the Russian economy development. To implement the tasks facing innovation-oriented, high-tech companies, the company needs staff with key and dynamic competencies that are capable and ready to achieve the objectives of the company’s innovative development. To get these employees, effective in innovative activities, it is necessary to effectively operate the personnel development system. This article examines indicators that characterize the company’s innovative activity, and indicators of innovative orientation of personnel; indicators of his labor behavior are identified and they can be indicators of the effective functioning of the personnel development system, its effectiveness for the purpose of innovative growth of the company. The author ‘s approach to analyze the effectiveness of the formation of personnel dynamic abilities, as well as the economic efficiency of the personnel development system in conditions of the company’ s innovative orientation are presented. The results of the conducted research and the formed definitions can be used in the practical activity of managers and specialists in the evaluation and development of personnel, in the management of innovations in high-tech companies. Highlights: • the conducted research made it possible to form the indicators for the innovative orientation of the personnel, which is the basis for the formation of the company’s innovative activity and the target for the functioning of the staff development management system; • the tools for assessing the effectiveness of the personnel development management system (based on indicators of innovative staff behavior, on the formation of dynamic staff abilities, on economic efficiency) allow conducting ex-press analysis of the effectiveness of the personnel development management system.
