FORMATION OF THE PRIORITY SYSTEM IN MODELING OPERATIONAL-CALENDAR PRODUCTION PLANS

The article represents a system of priorities that streamlines the process of distributing the output program and fixing the range of production for the planned periods. The economic-mathematical model of operational-calendar plans is presented, the basis of the method is the system of priorities for the output of labor objects. The core elements of this system are the group rhythm of output, the laboriousness of the work, the degree of importance and the amount of working capital. The materials of this article are of practical value for dispatching services of industrial enterprises and specialists who are engaged in the development of operational planning for production and fixing of labor objects for workplaces. The proposed system of priorities forms the basis of the operational-calendar planning algorithm, taking into account the principles of the concept of lean production.
