THE INCREASE OF THE BUDGET LITERACY OF THE RURAL POPULATION IN THE FRAMEWORK OF INITIATIVE PROJECTS
The authors prove scientifically the influence of the rural population on the budget literacy and its participation the initiative projects, and develop some elements to increase this literacy within the taxonomy “to know, to be able, to own” and the mechanism to form the corresponding competences. The authors develop and implement the assessment methodology of this impact, tested for the first time, and suggest the foundations of the regional monitoring methodology in this context.
