IMPROVEMENT OF PERSONNEL PLANNING IN THE MODERN ECONOMY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The article illustrates the analysis of development tools of the personnel policy in the past, the analysis of its current situation, recommendations on planning the personnel policy of the Russian Federation for the future. The state has to plan the personnel policy within the framework of market tools of economy. It is difficult to create effective tools for economic growth without the analysis of the current situation of jobs, the quality and quantity of workers, staff and managers.
