SPECIFICITY OF SUPERVISORY BODY ACTIVITIES IN THE RUSSIAN PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANIES WITH THE STATE PARTICIPATION
The article illustrates the practice of supervisory body activities in the Russian public joint-stock companies with state participation. It is necessary to improve the functioning of the board of directors in supervisory bodies for the effective management of state-owned shareholding. The article represents a comprehensive analysis of the activities of the board of directors in these companies. The authors reveal the main shortcomings in the functioning of the board of directors in Russian companies with state participation.
