STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT INSTRUMENTS OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS AT ROCKET AND SPACE ENTERPRISES

The article illustrates the concept of the innovative development program of the integrated corporate structure, the main principles of which are the principle of ensuring the reproduction of innovative capacity, the principle of ensuring financial stability of the integrated corporate structure in general and its subjects, the principle of ensuring the balance of the innovative development program of this structure and the principle of increasing the budget efficiency of state support for the innovative development of the rocket and space industry. The authors represent a methodology to form the portfolio of innovative projects of the integrated corporate structure that determines the sequence and content of actions and organizational arrangements for the formation of the portfolio of innovative projects of such a structure in the rocket and space industry. The authors suggest their criterion to form the portfolio of innovation projects for the commercialization of innovative capacity.
