THE ROLE OF UNIVERSITIES IN THE FORMATION OF VALUE-COMPETENCE CODES OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN THE REGION
Currently, there are different approaches to solve the problems of economic development of Russian regions. The authors propose an approach to the economic development of the region through its “genetic” codes, and it means the system of hereditary records of the territory, which determines the specifics and features of social and economic development. The codes determine the role of universities in the transformation of the regional heritage in order to ensure the industrial genesis of regions and offer some recommendations to improve the value-competence activity of universities.
