INNOVATIVE DIRECTIONS AND TOOLS OF THE ANTI-CRISIS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN THE STOCK MARKET INFRASTRUCTURE
The article represents the main stages of the formation and development of the stock market infrastructure, which includes classical and electronic exchanges, clearing houses, custodians, brokers and dealers, consultants, financial information providers. The authors analyze the main directions of LLC “Voronezh stock Internet Center” on the regional market and its financial and economic indicators, suggest tools and technologies to improve its performance, taking into account the crisis. The authors assess the extent of the crisis influence since December 2016 and represent recommendations on the development of preventive anti-crisis measures to strengthen the business on the regional stock market.
