FORMATION OF CIVIL SERVICE STAFF IN THE RUSSIAN CUSTOMS IN MODERN CONDITIONS (USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE SAMARA REGION

The article represents a list of measures aimed at enhancing the prestige of the civil service in the Russian customs authorities and involving new specialists in them. The list was developed based on the results of the current staff analysis of the customs authorities in the Samara region, as well as the analysis of Russian personnel technologies. The urgency of the problem stated in the article is due to the need to improve the efficiency and the prestige of the civil service as a whole, its individual types and levels, as well as the feasibility of optimization of the costs on civil servants, the need for highly qualified personnel. The purpose of the article is to develop activities aimed at staffing customs bodies of Russia, including the Samara region, by promising young professionals. The leading approach to the study of this problem is a systematic approach that allows analyzing the formation of the civil service staff in Russian customs bodies as a set of interrelated elements, united by a common purpose, to reveal its integrative properties, internal and external relations.
