METHODOLOGY AND LAWS OF REGIONAL PLANNING PROCESSES IN ENERGY CONSERVATION AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF INVESTMENT AND CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS OF LOW-RISE HOUSING CONSTRUCTION
The article analyzes the practice and implementation of regional energy conservation programs, improvement of the energy efficiency in the context of innovative development of the construction industry in general, and investment and construction projects of low-rise residential housing in particular. The article represents the critical analysis of regional programs in the field of energy conservation with the development of proposals for improvement of existing and development of new energy efficiency programs for the construction industry.
