KHANTY-MANSIYSK-YUGRA NATURAL RESOURCE COMPLEX AS BASE OF THE SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL-ECONOMIC SYSTEM OF THE REGION
The article illustrates the inextricable link between natural resource complex of the region and its socio-ecological-economic system, their role in the sustainable development of the territory. The paper represents the basic parameters of modern natural management of the leading oil and gas region in Russia.
