A CONCEPTUAL APPROACH TO THE ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE ECONOMY
The authors consider the importance and the need for commitment of the modern management system in the economic complex of Russia to centralized management. It is emphasized that the level of centralization of management depends on a number of factors that are characteristic and have the dominant influence on the economic development of specific industries. The level of centralization is to play a special role for the development of regions with extreme climatic conditions and for remote regions with weak infrastructural base, where other management levers are ineffective.
