IMPROVING EMPLOYEES’ INVOLVEMENT: CONDITIONS, BENEFITS AND CHALLENGES
The article discloses management problems to involve workers in the production process. The authors emphasize the basic conditions that must be created in organizations for its management, as well as the main challenges that hold up this process. The article analyzes the relationship of employee’s involvement, work enthusiasm, development and consequences of workaholizm.
