FORMATION AND EVALUATION FEATURES OF PERSONNEL POTENTIAL OF HOTEL FACILITIES

The article illustrates different views on the concept of human resources and the factors influencing its formation; highlights the problem of assessing the employee’s employment potential of hotel facilities; and represents recommendations for management of its human resources. The urgency of the problem of formation and development of human resource capacity of hotel facilities is determined by its special significance for the hotel complex, because this problem is decisive because the experience and qualifications of staff determines the quality of service and maintenance, as well as the efficiency of the hotel business as a whole.
