ASSESSMENT OF MEDICAL FACILITIES COMMITMENT TO WORK IN THE NEW SOCIO-ECONOMIC CHALLENGES
The article represents the results of systematic research and assessment of medical facilities commitment to work in modern conditions, and the factors that have a destabilizing effect on the financial position of medical facilities and, as a consequence, on the socio-psychological climate in teams. The authors conduct a survey among professionals of large medical facilities of the Samara region. As a result, the survey identifies the main trends in the possible activities of medical facilities in a situation of restrictions on used financial and human resources, the embargo on a number of medical products, the competition with the private sector, the outflow of professionals from public health care institutions into the private ones, reduction of expenses in health care, and deterioration in the level of personnel training personnel. The authors suggest the ways to improve the activity of medical facilities in order to optimize the use of the limited resources and improve the efficiency of these facilities.
