ISLAMIC MODEL OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT IN VARIOUS JURISDICTIONS
The article considers the model of corporate management in accordance with the rules of Sharia in various jurisdictions. The author identifies the advantages and disadvantages of each model for its application in all Islamic financial institutions.
