EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT CONCEPT OF POWER CONSUMPTION OF ECONOMIC ENTITIES IN THE REGION
The author suggests the methodological approach to develop energy management systems. It is proved that the effective management concept of power consumption is based on the principles of integrity, self-organization, balanced relationship of the electrical power system and the economy in the face of uncertainty and conflict of economic interests on the basis of intra-values.
