MODERN DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION PROBLEMS OF TARGET PROGRAMS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The article considers targeted socio-economic programs as an instrument of state indicative planning and regulation of the market economy. The author illustrates the main problems associated with the development and implementation of targeted programs in the Russian Federation, and highlights the possible solutions to these problems.
