DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF EFFECTIVE MODELS OF RESOURCE MANAGEMENT BY RUSSIAN INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
The purpose of this research is to study the Russian experience of introduction and application of lean manufacturing principles (Lean Production). The authors consider different ways of development of the concept by the Russian enterprises, systematize the tools used by companies and pay great attention to the main performance indicator applying Lean Production - economic effect. The representatives of public corporations "Rostec" and "Rosatom", Industrial Group "Basic Element" Industrial, Open Society "Russian railways" and some large enterprises in Russia have taken part in this research.
