REDUCING DEPENDENCIES ON EXPORT OF RAW MATERIALS AND HUMAN CAPITAL OF THE COUNTRY

Perepyolkin V.A., Perepyolkina E.V.

The article represents the results of the quantitative analysis of gross added value of the economies of Norway and Russia as gas and oil producing countries. The medium-term forecast shows the multidirectional structural development of the analyzed economies in terms of the share of oil and gas: the rate decreases in the economy of Norway and it increases in Russia. The authors prove that the reason for this is the different use of human capital in the economy as an alternative to exploitation of natural capital. Keywords: gross added value, oil and gas production, public health service, education, structural dynamics, human capital.
