APPLICATION OF HUMAN CAPITAL MODEL IN STUDIES OF IN-TERNAL MIGRATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
The article illustrates the common principles of the research model of the human capital with respect to internal migration in the Russian Federation. It reveals a statistically significant direct relationship between the level of income of the population in the Federal District and the magnitude of net migration in the district on the basis of RF data analysis for 2005-2014. The authors analyze the effect of migration on human capital investment.
