STAFF AS A FACTOR OF INCREASING COMPETITIVENESS IN SECURITY FIRMS
The article analyzes the factors increasing the competitiveness of domestic security companies and determines the main management areas of competitiveness in security firms associated with an increase of the staff quality. The author suggests the requirements for personnel on the part of consumers of security services and the company`s management, and illustrates the issues of staff selection, placement, training and development in security firms. The paper represents the measures associated with higher levels of service quality, image and organizational culture of the firm.
