DIVERSIFICATION DEVELOPMENT MECHANISM OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The article represents the issues of diversification formation and development at the industrial enterprise as a development mechanism. The authors illustrate the role of the production diversification in modern conditions, analyze various approaches to this concept, and reveal the dual nature of diversification. On the basis of existing definitions the authors clarify the concept of the diversification mechanism at the industrial enterprise, and define its composition. The paper the diversification mechanism as a mechanism of the business development.
