STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP OF SCHOOLS AND EMPLOYERS IN GRADUATES` CAREER DEVELOPMENT
The article considers the changes in the method of calculating the index of "Employment" in monitoring the effectiveness of higher education institutions. To overcome the threshold indicator the universities need to build a system of strategic partnerships with companies and contribute to the formation of competent career strategies of their graduates. The authors represent the pilot project of graduates` career development of technical high schools of the Samara region.
