WRITTEN APPROACH TO INTERACTION BETWEEN MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL BODIES WHEN GENERATING THE REPORT ON COMPANIES` ACTIVITY
The article illustrates the research results of state-owned companies, conducted by the author in the working group of the Expert Advisory Council of the Federal Property Agency of the Russian Federation, which deals with the interaction between the management and control of joint stock companies. The paper represents the author`s approach to improve the interaction efficiency choosing the best form of communication, structure of information and level of detail. The author gives the recommendations to improve the style of reports on financial and economic activity.
