INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT AS A FIRST-ORDER CONDITION FOR EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT OF MODERN ENTERPRISES
The article illustrates the transition of domestic industrial enterprises to innovative development. The authors characterize the innovative multiplier as one of the basic tools to stimulate the innovative activity in the field of business management. The management of the innovation process at modern enterprises is only effective when it adapts to the rapidly changing environment, taking into account innovative personnel component.
