DIFFERENTIATION OF THE RUSSIAN PEASANTRY IN THE LATE XIX (MATERIALS OF TERRITORIAL STATISTICS)
The article analyzes the materials of territorial statistics in the late XIX century, identifying the trends in development of the peasant economy in Russia in the period and showing the formation of the Russian Social-Democrats’ class approach to the study of differentiation of the peasant economy and its reflection in the publications. The author assesses compliance of this approach with the existed reality.
