FORMATION OF DRAFT ON RESERVES METHODS TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY OF OIL REFINERY’S INNOVATION ACTIVITY
The author considers formation of draft on reserves methods to improve efficiency of oil refinery’s innovation activity. These methods will improve the overall innovation activity of the enterprise and, as a consequence, lead to an increase in the number of refineries, introducing scientific and technical innovations in oil refining; to the growth of investment through innovation development; to the entrance of refineries to international markets of innovative projects.
