THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECONOMIC STRATEGY OF THE STATE: CONCEPTUAL APPROACH
The author suggests one of the possible approaches to analyzing the problem of developing the economic strategy of the state. It is pointed out that the method of strategic management is a modern instrument of managing the development of complex systems. The strategy aims, its quantitative and qualitative criteria are studied; the essence and the content of strategic managing the national economy are illustrated; the organizational behavior of the state is examined as a management object from the position of system and situational approaches.
