ORGANIZATION OF COMPENSATION - AN IMPORTANT ELEMENT OF PERSONNEL POLICY AND STRATEGY
The article illustrates the shortcomings of a state policy in the field of compensation causing formation and preservation of social tension; specifies that there are no accurate definitions of such essence as salary concepts, compensation, minimum wage in the labor legislation; and analyzes the problem of fictitious piecework, as result of the shortcomings which are available in organization of compensation.
