ANALYTICAL TOOLS OF RISK-BASED MANAGEMENT AT SMALL ENTERPRISES
The paper analyzed indicators that should be considered when developing strategies in risk-based management at small enterprises. The authors have developed a method of calculating the index of overall risk, as well as the system of change indicators at small enterprises and suggested the method of correlation analysis of relationship between earning dynamics and the range of products sold on diversification of activities.
