DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY`S ACTIVITY MODEL WITH CUSTOMER-ORIENTED MANAGEMENT
The paper represents the basic principles and modern trends in business process management. The article illustrates the customer-management model of business processes according to the principle of equality of interests. Special attention is paid to dominant influence of time factors, human resources, achievements of scientific and technical progress, internal and external environment for effective implementation of business functions in the context of globalization.
