THE BASIS OF ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
The article describes the formation process of the organization development as an independent consulting branch and briefly characterizes its essence. The author reveals the most popular models of organization development. To sum up the comparative analysis of the models is made and the author’s own vision of organization development logic is illustrated.
