DEVELOPMENT OF DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS TO ASSESS READINESS TO ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES AT ENTERPRISES
The article analyzes the problems of change management in the organization in a changing external environment, which is a catalyst for organizational changes at the enterprise. The article examines the resistance phenomenon to changes, which has an impact on the success of the program changes. The author suggests diagnostic tools for assessing readiness of enterprises to conduct the upcoming changes, which include seven stages of implementation.
