ASSESSMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AT INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES AS A SOCIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC SYSTEM

Based on assessment of social, environmental and economic subsystems the paper illustrates a method to assess sustainable development at enterprises using a generic (integral) Index. The author represents the steps to develop methodology for assessing social, environmental and economic development in accordance with international recommendations, and proves the importance of each subsystem. Special attention is paid to interpretation of thresholds in integrated assessment of sustainable development at industrial enterprises.
