EVOLUTION OF THE CONCEPT OF STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN DOMESTIC CONDITIONS
The paper illustrates the retrospective analysis of foreign and Russian experience managing employees, defines the main directions and phases of human resource management. The author highlights the importance of the concept of strategic human resource management, based on the model of assets and utility models and guidance on the management competence of employees, their potential for personal and professional growth.
