ANALYSIS OF THE LEVEL AND INCOME DIFFERENTIATION IN RUSSIAN REGIONS

The paper analyzes the relationship dynamics of per capita income of the Russian population, the level of consumer prices and real incomes; carries the interval forecasting of per capita income. Using the cluster analysis the author examines the multivariate classification of regions in the Russian Federation in terms of income in relation to the factors that determine them. As a result the author develops an information and methodological approach, based on the quantitative assessment of income dynamics, their level of regional differentiation to help regional authorities implement the policy measures of income.
