STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE FAR EAST IN ATTRACTING ADDITIONAL LABOR FORCES
The paper illustrates the practice of migration process regulation in the Primorsky Territory. The developed migration principles in the preceding period are particularly evident at the time of settlement in the Far East of Russia. The experience of legislative regulation of migration processes in the region in the 90s. of the last century shows that significant results can be achieved at sufficiently serious approach to this problem.
