TRENDS OF LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT IN AUTOMOBILE AND RAIL TRANSPORT
The trends in recent decades have revealed considerable wear-and-tear of main transport assets and transport infrastructure that affects the quality of the transportation process. The paper illustrates the main problem areas, the solution of which will form an optimal transport system of the Russian Federation.
