STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT IN THE SAMARA REGION BASED ON INTEGRATION FORMATIONS
The paper illustrates the organizational aspects of the strategic management of innovative development in the Samara region. For this purpose the author suggests a quaternary network management structure headed by the coordinating center and defines its mission and personnel structure to achieve the strategic goals of innovative development in the Samara region.
